Last Night’s Beautiful Mistake
For dessert last night, I mixed about a tablespoon of natural, chunky peanut butter with plain yogurt and some raisins. Seeing that this is Atlanta and cold things become warm things quickly, it’s temperature rose while I was capitivated with Nadal’s match on the old TV box. So I put it in the freezer to cool it down, only intending to subject it to such extreme temperatures for an hour or so. Then I fell asleep and left it in their all night. Now I have frozen yogurt breakfast. The texture is a little too ice-crystally, but it seems like the 90-120 minutes in the freezer, cold, but not totally solidified would make an awesome anytime yogurt concoction. I’m going to try more combinations.
